Meaning walking the home, seeing what needs to be done to get rent ready and completely managing it from start to finish?

I started with two remodeling projects and have since completed three new construction projects.

While I fully invest remotely these days, I wouldn't start new in REI in a remote market until learning the ropes in my local market.

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

I paid the first $5K but started having second thoughts because of high vacancy rates in the area.

But I'm interested in anyone who is doing this and would like to start a mastermind. 

The document is pretty explicit with contingencies should anything go sideways along the way though so this helped a lot to keep everyone on task. we've built rapport at this point since we've been in constant communication from when we started but in the beginning, it was a lot of trust in the document.
