I'm going to try to get Safeco to waive their new policy of not allowing any change of broker requests to go through after July 1, 2024 based on the fact that I never received their notice of Non-Renewal (dated May 4, 2024 ) in the mail and only got a copy of  it by email from my agent's office on July 17.

I imagine sometimes people do not steal items (though sometimes they probably do), they likely break them and then they throw them out as to not be charged for them.

The other challenge I see is that most attorneys help defend against a foreclosure auction from ever happening, not the other way around. if you have a contact you could share I would love to see what they are offering.Lastly and I'm asking because I see your knowledge in the field, how would you go about finding the contact numbers/emails of owners of properties?
