Of course I did that.... before even posting on Bigger Pockets, but I'm not seeing anything specifically about this company, just a bunch of businesses with similar names that do construction.  

Just a quick tip -  you can leverage your existing network of title companies, lenders, and other real estate agents to find off market deals.

As a management company, you avoid liability if you follow fair housing...not against being sued but against losing.

The concept does work and have had no issues with them as a company and yes their organization is reputable.

I was told if I could show a professional license such as a broker license I might get approved but the best option would be a Private Investigators license, otherwise, they didn't see any other path to approval for me or my company.
