There’s a little chicken or the egg there but true none the less.If there’s a point in time where it’s clear which way the market is heading and those waiting to see how this plays out jump in, the discounted opportunities will be gone.

If lenders don't like chicken farms, then you would be foolish to fill your pipeline with chicken farms no?
