The downstairs tenants are a young couple, one works about 30 minutes away and the other goes to school as an engineer.

So far from what I see, they offer property info and a couple of other things, but not sure if the robustness of what you can end up with utilizing a hubspot or even salesforce will compare.

The guy of the couple wasn't really living there most of the time because he traveled for work his business probably 90% of the time.

Is it enough to just visit a couple time to get validation on desired location or is a 6-12 month stay needed?

It seems like design and functionality is important I'll definitely be focusing on that coupled with guest experience!
