I have him make sure all brush is off and not touching buildings (a pet peeve of mine).  2) If I am in town, I may go do some of it myself, but generally I am out of town working so I hired someone. 

You probably never caught one because you have to call "here, snipe, snipe." as you walk around in the dark.Around here they hide in the sage brush.

Originally found BP from the podcast which like @Hadar Orkibi a mate of mine locally, I listen to religiously and save a number of episodes specific to my interests to go back over when I find time on the end of a paint brush ;-). 

Just scrub it off first with a brush, then bleach as above.

I use one of can's pressured air after I've brush vacuumed and it get's those fins cleaned well.

That can be cleaned off in a couple of hours by a guy with a brush, a ladder or scissor lift, and some acid and water.I don't think that's a big deal.I wouldn't waive anything until after the inspection, however.

Topeka has some nice DT blocks but for some reason in the short time I've been there it seems completely dead after 4pm or so.We are near 29th/Gage backing up to the Shunga park - so if I clear out some of the brush on the back property line we'd have better views, but thats what I could offer...that and the pet turkeys that seem to roam around all the time...ha.Email me or message me here and we can exchange cell #'s - have done so with a couple of you already.
