Am I allowed to have my property manager enroll in the next session of the Rookie Landlord Bootcamp instead of myself? 

I was in a closed session with Airbnb and they didn’t mention it specifically.

And Netflix only allows 4 simultaneous sessions per account.

I have a feeling a lot of the rental market is extremely sensitive to U of A being in session (this place is 3 miles away), so i have no idea what i could fetch for rent on this place.

I recently had a Q&A session with a respected Missouri investors with a 100+ units.

As Jarrod mentioned me and a few friends run a meetup each month with the format having a guest speaker come along to talk on a subject of interest and then network for the remainder of the session.

I do enjoy networking, so if there are any other Real Estate Investors in the Traverse City that would like to meet up for a drink/coffee brain picking session, that would be awesome!
