My current policy has a rough annual premium of $1200 or so and Foremost just told me that based on their cost estimating software, my $69k property would cost $512,000 to rebuild if the replacement policy were to kick in...and my annual premium would go from $1200 to $4,348!

To blast, I recommend putting in all the above information into Mailchimp (an email blast and marketing software) then import your cash buyers list to mailchimp as well.

Here are some of my favorites:Dropbox is great for general document management.Evernote is great for notes, checklists, biz cards, etc.Insightly is great for task management and CRM.For bookkeeping, QBO is the software of choice.
