I came up with the weightings by running prior actual applicants through it, making sure that the good tenants make it and the bad tenants get rejected.As long as it is not a discriminatory attribute, you can add it and put as much weighting as you want.  

I'm just wondering, how many success stories can be attributed to the help and guidance of someone that knew how, what, when, and where, to do.. 

Also, since my real estate "cash flows" I enjoy that attribute.

Hi Guys,For those of you who "don't shy away from manufactured homes on owned land (vs park owned land) you know that certain attributes like age and structural alterations can cause a manu to no longer be financeable. 

Much of this is attributed to some unique aspects of our market, namely the "landlocked" nature of the county.

And as for your comment about not partnering with me or a lawyer, I think one of the best attributes one can have when entering a partnership is to have an open mind.

I attribute this to the fact that the "system" wants to help perpetuate income and their jobs. 

Each individual property has it's own attributes.

I've called on listings both for lease and sale never to hear from the agent, that sometimes it may just be attributed to a lazy agent.

Do you attribute your success more to the fact that you are an exceptional attorney or the fact that the debtor "messed up"?
