Personally, I think stocks will recover but please don't take that as advice because we are very different age.... they could drop another 30% and not recovery for many years, so it might not be safe for you at all.

You buy as much as u can when real estate is down and stop once the recovery is well underway .Going my historical bay area standards , it has never appreciated by more than 7 years which is the assumption I am using to say that we are close to the peak . sell and have plenty of cash available to then pull the trigger when u want it .

Be apart of RE groups/run one, become a thought leader (blogs, youtube channel, podcast of your own or go on others, linked in, facebook, etc), Join non-profits and become a leader, get in with a group of successful professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists, Athletes, etc) and add value to their profession, team up with other syndication companies and talk about what you are doing with everyone that you know.
