These are two very different business models. 

Sears scratch and dent seem to be the most competitive, and to your points will not carry much weight in terms of warranty / service given the struggling brick and mortar model. 

They all capture your contact information and sell it at exorbitant prices to several agents simultaneously, which is why you're getting so many calls.This is the business model of the 2000s. 

You'll need a good financial model in which to input the T-12 and rent roll data.

This model is well suited to singular and static investments such as crowdfunds and other private placements.IRA & 401(k) facilitators create plans that put you more directly in control of the funds and transactions. 

However, in addition to the new tax, the new rules are very restrictive on those that were following the model of renting out multiple bedrooms in their homes as the number of rentals on a property is now capped based on zoning. 

You just have to build that into the cost models because those expenses will come.  

Many people use many different models to gauge what a good deal is.

No small freelancing tasks, but rather creating streams of income, solid business models, that can grow in the future.I am thinking of a marketing firm, developing apps, becoming a property manager, being a teacher on the weekends.Any feedback is great!
