Just proves to me what a sham/ pyramid scheme the entire thing is. 

That's a shame. 

One posted pictures that showed a clean and attractive interior, nothing fancy but nothing to be ashamed of, and perfect for a rental unit.

Good luck with tenant, it's a shame how these law makers treat property owners they always make us out as the bad guys when we are the one's providing a service and risking financial ruin.

Both of these 2 that we had offers accepted were off market purchases achieved via networking   We also just had an offer (from MLS, an estate sale) that we pulled during DD because it had an item that made our value add too risky which was a shame.  

Mexico is not what it once was, which is such a shame. 

It is a sham. 

It's a shame that this area has become such an expensive place to invest in property!
