She announced she would not be renewing in Feb.

I feel bad for those who bought in LIC after the initial announcement, hopefully that area will continue to grow.

Since this meeting, they have now announced that their "assistant" who sends out the offers is no longer there, and we would be trained on how to send out our own offers. 

Thanks Lien,So far, my biggest challenge managing out of state has been keeping up with the HOA announcements. 

Essentially choices that I see are to A)  sell my house in order to buy a bigger one we need or B) keep my current home as a rental and get a HELOC to buy the second home.Background:I have about 120k in equity on my home, it's 2 blocks from the yellow line metro, 10 minutes from Amazon's recently announced "National Landing" so I expect it to appreciate. 

Numbers for Va Tech and Mason have not been announced.

Unfortunately it's also one of those things that doesn't announce itself by its absence - in other words, agents can go years and years and never realize how much money they've lost by not actively asking for referrals.

Robinhood announced today that they will be offering a checking & savings account that offers 3% interest compounded daily.

I'll be announcing it by tomorrow I think..
