We all work 7 days a week for the most part and, even when something went well, we had so many other areas with, let's call them, learning opportunities, that it was tough to celebrate much.

Since I'm coming up on my 1 year anniversary of closing on my first property, I thought it might be useful to look back on how I've managed my properties. 

Now I only go out to eat and celebrate if the commission is typically over 100,000 on a deal.

I'd like to RSVP for the lake house celebration party haha :)  It would be very useful to see how you allocated renovation budgets as Al Mac suggested. 

I don't want to celebrate yet because we still have a lot of work to do on the house and I don't have a lease signed, but so far this looks like a win!
