Do I have the option to instead notify current and future tenants about the arsenic levels, have them sign a disclosure/release form, and strongly advise that they drink only bottled water?

Centrally located in the city but still residential (quiet), easy access to freeways, and a lot of places to eat and drink. 

Food & beverage sales declined 1.2% in June but are up 12.4% from a year ago, which means we’re drinking less, but still alcoholics.

I paid for dozens of tire repairs from roofing nails, bought thousands of dollars in gas, filed deeds, paid local land taxes, dump fees of a couple of thousand, and many hundreds to the local convenience stores for drinks and ice for my workers, doughnuts, gatoraid, sodas, etc. 

Agreed that you can give a proper heads up per the lease, and not have to leave alcohol.... but i'll put this Tip in my back pockets for a later date :)
