Same thing with central air and garbage disposals.

I still think this could be a good deal if I can get the seller to agree to have a licensed professional take care of heating and air, but I dont think that is going to happen.

It wasn't that bad, but you better not call me 11pm complaining about mold and an air filter you should have changed and then not take care of my property like you agreed to do.

If someone is just going to take a couple air samples, then don't bother bringing them out.

As far as I'm concerned, the glass may be thermally good, but when that glass is placed in a sash, and that sash place in a frame, how well does the entire assembly perform not only thermally, but at keeping out air movement?

Question: does anyone know if there are Fannie/Freddie, FHA or VA rules that require a forced air system to be ducted to all parts of the house?

You could also not physically see mold but it is airborne at very dangerous levels which is why (air quality tests) are needed.If the roof was patched over the years and now it needs replacing the dues might be slated to go up soon to cover it.Are condo's all that is available to invest in your area??
