@Patience Echemvery difficult to advise given the limited information herein general i would say that, unless you are an experienced investor, then it probably doesn't make sense to sink 250K cash into one rentalit's a very difficult time to get started - that is not to say that it's not still a good time to get started - just that it's difficult with prices and rates both still very high.where are you located?

If you show them the property and tell them what you plan to do with it they should be able to advise you on what they think it will sell for and how long it will sit on the market.

Hey @Ryan Brown - if nothing is wrong with the showerhead, landlord shouldn't be responsible for putting in a new one.You can advise your tenant they're able to put in a new showerhead themselves and take it with them when they leave.
