I was wondering what questions i should be asking to get all the pertinent information.

I would really suggest that you pay for the complete training and learn to do it the right way, for the right reasons- helping people to be able to obtain homeownership and not be house poor. if your goal is greed, this course isn’t for you. we get the intentions but lets talk reality..

I am currently in San Diego and wondering how I can afford a duplex or single family home which I can value add an Adu.

The slippery slop in both situations is that I would suggest sticking to one thing and not spread yourself too thin.

I’d like to have someone review the property and help identify specific areas that may need to be brought up to standard before I proceed with landlord registration for the program.Additionally, I’d welcome any advice, suggestions, or insights from those with experience in this process.
