I myself, I am great with numbers, projections, politics, analysis, strategy design, development and deployment, all that stuff, and absolute Horse Sh#t when it comes to coordinating what pillow to what couch to what window treatments.

What I want to do is buy a property with land for horses as my primary residence that I can fix up over time, rent out rooms and horse stalls to tenants and then have this be my first investment.
