They have never seen a shop and it cost no more than 3 to 5 dollars a week for both cars for energy to drive them.. thereby saving us at least 500 a month in gas maybe more.they are the safest cars on the road.. the way they are built all aluminum and no engine up front to end up in your lap.they are way cool  to drive  very fast.. handle great..

This doesn't mean there is no crime, but the most serious my tenants have had is a trash bag full of aluminum cans stolen from their back yard, one break in to a vacant unit (nothing stolen), and neighborhood graffiti (one of my cities is pretty good at cleaning this up within 48 hours). - My tenants are (usually) not rich highly compensated individuals, as my properties are on the more affordable side.

Caustic drain cleaners will leave a telltale mark in an aluminum sink, if your tenants know that they'll think twice about using it.btw, dumbest tenant I ever had was a college kid I was renting a room to when I was in college.

If the property hasn't had any updates you're going to potentially run into issues such as old aluminum wiring, old fuse panels instead of breaker boxes, no duct work in the house, old inefficient windows, and no insulation just to name a few.
