Have a company properly SEO your websites/backlinks/etc.Get a google my business set up and begin to have everyone you know who's willing leave you reviews.Get in as many rooms as possible with investors.

I could simply go to a 100% brokerage and pay a transaction fee and be done, but I saw value in the company in their training, the technology the provided me and the ability to network with agents effortlessly within the community across the globe through the campus. 

It's best if you connect with those who have done it and are willing to mentor/teach how to be successful in rental arbitrage.Here are few people I know of, most of them have great content on social platforms so you can see if this strategy would be right for you....Michael and Elizabeth Chang, Jake Mercer is right on this forum, or Preston Seo which I don't know much about, but I've heard good things about him.Hope that helps you get started!
