This can be challenging when trying to purchase a condo with a mortgage.

Keep doubling down on your strengths, and don’t be afraid to try a new angle now and then - you never know where the next deal might come from.

I know some investors who are interested in larger multifamily and encourage me to go find the deals, which makes me really eager to try to get after it.
