What you say in any advertising or online promotions is likely restricted.

"guru" programs:Scott Scheel, Ray Alcorn, Sherry Watson (grant$), David Lindahl...etc Seems many Pros/Vets are critical of these gurus (which I can appreciate and I'm thankful for the warnings) but most of the sites seem to be "centered" around driving Products or events... or at least they are openly an advertising platform.Many of these sites are designed with the sole intent of promoting Guru programs.

We structure our syndications (after a bit of other steps such as preferred return/return of equity) with a 20% promote to the GP (which sounds similar to the role you're taking on), and then 80% to the LP (which will include your equity contribution). 

These are the companies that may promote a $99 per month management fee.

If this is not the case then the PM company may not be promoting your property.

My sense is that I need to promote the property beyond WV.
