For $180 you could have kept the rent the same and not had any wining and not now be viewed as the landlord that raises rent every year.

I would rather have a nice expensive glasss of wine over sending letters to people who dont have the ability to earn me a handsome ROI.If needed, expand your geographical area to fit a marketing strategy.

So my coffee station is supplied with a crystal sugar bowl, my soap dishes are lead crystal, my mis-matched wine glasses are awesome, a  crystal dish holds popurri in the bedroom.   

It is everything from blinds, artwork, furniture, pots, pans, silverware to wine openers.

In projects that require a whole bunch of jack hammering and noise, we normally give the neighbors a gift card or a bottle of wine to thank them for putting up with the noise.
