I am looking at a syndicated  investment with Gray Capital, Solana Apartments in Indianapolis, IN.    

The buyer agent side of the commission has always been a part of agent involved transactions, so when those costs are reduced, both the buyer and seller benefit (buyer pays less, seller has a higher net/bottom line).

In the term sheet it should say if they do not fund then a part or all of the deposit is returned.  

How do you go about obtaining records of properties delinquent on taxes? Is the courthouse the the only solution, or are the records readily available online? I tried to look the records up online, but to no avail. 

If the deal falls apart and the borrwer can't sell for the expected amounts or can't repay the loan, this conflict of interest as a lender can cost you.

I desperately need to find a landlord insurance for my properties in Houston. 

Apart from many holes in the walls, the tenant had put screws into all the window frames some of which went all the way through to the outside. 

MyRental is a part of CoreLogic, so far I haven't heard of CoreLogic having a breach.

I've been shopping around with brokers and have tried Obie and Steadily and those told me that they have no providers currently writing Landlord Policies in Harris County Houston TX.Can anyone advise if they have also run into this and if they have found  a solution?
