If you promise them things other cabins don’t have they’ll expect you to come over and wipe for them.

But direct deposit or something into a business account is still an option or money order but risky of a fake one and you getting stuck with the charges.

I promise you, the SEC and state securities boards see it very very differently. 

The concept holds a lot of promise, but creates administrative complexity and has not been fully tested in the courts to ensure the promised cell segregation. 

Other crimes that come to mind are brokering real estate without a license, real estate fraud (aforementioned and also possibly failure to disclose), forgery (creating fake leases), grand theft (taking money for rehabs and not delivering materials or completing work), wire fraud, money laundering (operating a Ponzi scheme), etc. etc. 

The area seems promising for appreciation and I would like to hold onto it if I can.My goal is to build a strong team to and move onto my next deal using the lessons learned from this first experience.
