In our State we can file a criminal complaint against tenants who steal property or intentionally damage property (not wear and tear).

Large commercial umbrellas make sense if they are protecting your primary source of income but at some point insuring a rental property for 5x the value of the llc gets silly and the likelihood of that kind of judgement in the absence of criminal activity is very unlikely.To conclude, personal umbrellas and LLCs are both good risk management tools but they are almost completely unrelated.

ok, here it goes. i am not a lawyer, but basically, my opinion of lawyers is about the same as anyone else. they are basically lowlife scum that have a use every once in a while. they are merely legalized criminals. that being said, they can have a use once  in a while. the previous responder here is right, they are held to a higher standard in court. there will be a record with the court of his loosing his license also, which should be frowned upon by the court. i have my suspicions about a few things. first, why would he attempt to move the jurisdiction of the jury trial to downtown?

The report came back with the following:- no Criminal background- Seems like she has stayed in 5 places in the last 6 years ( i have the information on the last 3). - Evictions:  2 Records (one in 2009 Civil filing with $0 amount, and one in 2010 Civil Judgement $1890 - both by the same property mgmt group -- Lien/Judgement Filings: 3.
