So long as I am able to earn a decent income in my W-2 job, perhaps I should be focused on continuing to master my craft.

And so in a long winded way just as there are all these coaches to take folks who had very little real world understanding of the real estate business and try to teach them how to.. in the real estate sales game there are coaches who help agents refine their craft..

But, I place tremendous value on my "image" - I carefully construct what I write, how I talk in board meetings, how I craft feedback to our team, how I present the business operating results to stakeholders, how I help others on the podcast, in videos, and how I write in these forums.
