Can anyone recommend which REIA chapter to join - Charlotte or Metrolina for investing in and north of Charlotte, NC ?

Agree with you @Sharef Masarwa Staten Island has a lot to offer on the North Shore.

A little bit about myself...I was born and raised in Westchester, NY (about 45 minutes north of Manhattan) and currently have a career in Interior Design & Textile Sales, with an extensive background in residential design & construction.

I'm excited to start my R.E. business with a focus on wholesaling.  I'm open to opportunities across the country and look forward to working with other BP members.

The areas up north I mentioned are also on the expensive side, but with the new rail station opening in Shoreline that I heard about on NPR I believe positions it well to grow quickly.  

Personally I am not a fan of the north side, near west side or south side.
