@Mike Hurney Its one of those things that won't be an issue with the large majority of tenants, but DCMA violations (the notices that copyright holders send your internet provider, who then in turn sends them to you) can be a serious issue if a tenant racks up a bunch under your name.

We manage property in NJ and some of our tenants rack up super high water bills from just that.

But interviewing PMs and utilizing them is not as nerve racking.
