No one that I know "specializes" in these.I and a lot of the loan originators on this website are unusual in that we work with a lot of investors, because investment property loans for folks with 3 or 8 mortgages already are typically significantly more work than vanilla owner occ W2 only income (I appreciate the repeat business and loyalty, which most lenders overlook).Non-QM are about 3x more time consuming than even that (non-QM is NOT subprime or 'stated' income or any of that, they're actually MORE thoroughly documented than FNMA, just with different documents).
