If the property is really residential and you're trying to justify a business use tread carefully. 

Tread lightly until you get some real strong answers.

Seems like this is an area of emotion for both PM’s and owners and deserves some thought and light treading.

In fact, when we were showing it most people commented on how much they liked the colors.Flips need to tread a thin line between being too unique and being too bland.

I am striving for greatness, but feel like I'm stuck treading water in mediocrity.

I believe these are some of the reasons why truly experienced, good posters havent posted in a while, along with the forums being flooded with "help me find xxx even though I bring zero value in anyway shape or form" type treads.
