It says wet look, but after a week or two of foot traffic it will have a nice sheen to it but won't be super shiny and slick.  

commercial grade machines are designed to withstand laundromat traffic which is several uses per day  365 days a year for years.

Looking at some wood vinyl planks and came across trafficmaster for .89 per SQFT. Anyone tried these? I read here that Allure is the recommended brand but it's 3 times more expensive cost close to a hard wood flooring...

I you buy a database that everybody is suing you will have less chance to get a good deal,  find a way with less traffic 

Emotionally and psychologically, I'm yearning for the time when my rentals will 'make it rain' every month :)  I'm just impatient.

About the only ground you can't push them into is frozen ground.If you do use poles, be sure to avoid anything like street lights, signals, traffic signs, etc.

If you are new, like me, why not learn while driving (or sitting) in traffic? 

I would recommend investing in high end quality images to draw in a larger amount of traffic.
