Yes at the end of four years you may be sleep deprived but my only regret was the working full time, when doing real estate 20 hours would have made me much more money and gave me more time with my wife, but I had "safety net syndrome" caused by a weekly paycheck habit .

Most sales are not that distressed, most properties were exposed to the market at different times or for sufficient periods, there is a bit of pride and ego involved with folks patting themselves on the back closing a deal, usually, what they paid is or is pretty close to what its really worth at that time.

Our court case is now set for early February.Is posting the unit for rent on Craigslist sufficient to show an effort to mitigate damages or do I have to spend money on a print news media?
