Long term I want to fit a security system to the property, however in the short term I would like to add fake cameras and signs around the property as a deterrent until I have sourced a permanent solution.

It sounded like the team working on the loan wasn't motivated to close as the usual path on these situations is to find a solution with the sellers to get the loan done. 

Are aware of any software solutions/service provider for managing C-corp operations like payroll processing, book keeping etc ?

I would also like to get one of those devices to monitor for smoke and noise (not sure what to get for this either)  What recommendations do you have for a deadbolt keypad that I can change out the code for each new guest?

@Allison Adams just wanted to add that any time you’re repair/replacing something like this think about “hardening” your unit … whatever you choose to do, make sure solution leads to less hassle in the future.
