Rich Dad, Poor Dad was great for understanding the rat race and the general philosophy of getting ahead but I have to admit the single most inspiring book I've ever read is Think and Grow Rich.Think and Grow Rich has detailed steps to harness the power of your brain, applying emotions to your goals and even to harness the power of your sex drive.

No alcohol, tobacco or sex.

Think I would get one of those hidden nanny cams and stack all the chairs in one spot.

Basically,  no matter what a person did prison time for,  so long as it wasn't distribution of drugs or a sex offense, then owners/management companies need to consider those people for housing.

Leases are longer, more complex, CAM becomes a thing in your life, etc, etc. 

If your tenants for example one is a pizza place and there are 15 in the 2 mile radius than tough to succeed etc.Regardless if tenant leases are NNN mom and pop operators likely have any extra money above base rent and estimate regular cam payments.

In my state, a tenant may terminate a lease early in cases of family violence, sex offenses, stalking or military service.

These type of units have been leasing up in 30-60 days in our industrial park over the past 3 months @ 12 psf plus cam.
