What style of house is it?

The house currently has more or less a Cape Style 2nd floor with dormers.

It's a popular loan style overseas that allows all normal banking deposits/idle funds to sit on your remaining balance and thus save interest cost.

Imagine a ranch style home going from a 2 bed/1 bath to a 4 bed/2 bath which is what would happen if you finished the basement. 

You seem to take pity on poor people that suffer but not on those that sacrificed and worked hard to dig themselves out of poverty.

With jobs, school, kids, church, and all the other obligations in our lives most people just don't have the available time, or they don't want to sacrifice their time.The investors that are advising you to take on the sweat equity generally have more time and they can trade that time for profits without sacrificing time with family, ect. 

I'm taking family style lenders.

Maybe you should start that blog...and at least you're doing a househack in real style.

But here’s the rub: cap rates compressed to 4% since buying those, and that certainly contributed to the home-run style outcomes.  

So many choices I need some input.I want to do something orange or copper in color and canopy style or metal.
