People use slugs to hunt deer.[2] Boy that thing really tore through that steel door.[3] I'd guess he was loading it or unloading it inside the unit and somehow fired it from the waist.[4] I bet his ears are still ringing from the blast.[5] I don't see how this is criminal.[6] Must you replace and repaint the whole door, or does it come apart in pieces?

Assume $1500 every 3 years to repaint or refresh the unit + 1 minor repair per year, average $150. $1500+$450=$1950/36 months= $54 per month.

Purchase price: $139,000 Cash invested: $35,000 Sale price: $200,000 This was a wholesale deal I flipped in North Houston on my own, I added new LVP flooring, knocked out a wall to make the kitchen living room flow better, repainted the interior and exterior fixed a broken water pipe over the kitchen, drywalled the entire kitchen new cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances, fixed some electrical work, fixed parts of the roof, and windows.

Sure, he paid-- but towards the end when he bought his new house he got crappy-- we didn't charge him a deposit because I trusted he would repaint it when he moved (spoiler-- he didn't!)
