I want to lease places I am proud of, so full interior repaints are fairly common (and I don't do the "landlord special" meme version).  

We did improvements to the home while living in it including retiling first floor, landscape work, and repainting exterior.

Can it be power washed and repainted?

People use slugs to hunt deer.[2] Boy that thing really tore through that steel door.[3] I'd guess he was loading it or unloading it inside the unit and somehow fired it from the waist.[4] I bet his ears are still ringing from the blast.[5] I don't see how this is criminal.[6] Must  you replace and repaint the whole door, or does it come apart in pieces?

Assume $1500 every 3 years to repaint or refresh the unit + 1 minor repair per year, average $150. $1500+$450=$1950/36 months= $54 per month.

Do I have to go all out and paint the whole property or can I simply remove the chipping, repaint, and possibly have unmatching paint in those areas of the house.

Anything that looks less than new after that gets repainted.

Sure, he paid-- but towards the end when he bought his new house he got crappy-- we didn't charge him a deposit because I trusted he would repaint it when he moved (spoiler-- he didn't!)

I repainted everything and finished the basement.
