I know that typical DSCR products are up to 4-units, but are there any lenders out there wiling to do a 6-unit DSCR loan?

I just got off the phone with PenFed; as of last month, they no longer offer the rental property HELOC loan product..

I just checked out a few developments today in Tulum that were similar to my RETA Samsura deal, and they were all over $300,000 USD for a similar product.

Bank Five Nine just launched a new DSCR product last week, but there are several local banks in Milwaukee that are great to work with.Have you been to Milwaukee and have you seen this property in person?

I've met with a few brokers and most are hesitant to lease up small space and curious if others have been successful and what product they are using to source / find demand for mirco units.

so far, I line up, realstate/wholesaler/one recommended PM/ 2 contractors that work on flipping for other investors/ a few local millwork vendors / tile company and i also set up a meeting with the housing authority for the section 8 program4.

Sounds like a great sales product for that coach but not a great wealth building product for you.I'd be wary of these "student army coaches". 

Hey Dean - Any of those 3 products you mentioned could be potential options, and I'll add a 4th as well in case it's handy for any future properties (wouldn't apply here since this property is free and clear). 1.)

I would reach out to regional pre-fab operators and see if you can locate some of their product.

But, it’s good to know there’s a product that will help get rid of the smell when the lease is up.
