The simple answer is they all know, they all know all about this, believe me, when you're a tax cheat you know the rules better than anyone, pleading ignorance and things like "nobodies ever 1099'd me before" combined with being upset about it means they know exactly what they are doing and know why they don't want that 1099.

I was one of the guilty-gullible in the early 00's that had the "Buy now or be priced out forever" mindset, signing a very short- term ARM with little down just to get my piece of the American Dream.I love analogies and this period of the current "recovery" reminds me of a scene from the original Jurassic Park movie.

I think I found a solid home I want to capitalize on.I did all the work myself so I feel guilty in giving someone a cut if I went through the trouble of doing all the work but, need assistance drafting up a solid offer letter.

I feel guilty sometimes when I do it but I feel like I know when it’s time to let the fire simmer down and so I can reset and poor gasoline on the next day.

We're all innocent until proven guilty so with that said, stick to the facts of what you are trying to do.

I actually feel guilty on days that are nice and i am not working....

Remember, you're innocent until proven guilty- it is not incumbent upon you to admit fault.
