If I cash out refinance in LLC, can I move the money to my personal account as a equity draw without any tax implications or piercing the LLC veil?

I've spoke with several attorneys about the whole LLC thing....... their opinions are for small time investors the LLC is a very thin veil and easily pierced by a half decent attorney.

The reason to do the insurance is that most people don't follow the Operating Agreement and in a lawsuit there is the ability to pierce the veil if the OA is not followed and documented.

Which is propably the investment strategy of a huge percentage of buy and hold investors here.LLC strategy sounds potentially good, however, I have yet to hear someone talk about an LLC that can't be pierced w/ personal assets of the LLC members gone after. 

Yes, that has always been my understanding, which is why I was confused on the previous posts about "reporting" of the draws, and how if done incorrectly, can possibly pierce the veil of protection.
