I can probably teach it, but I won't be spending that kind of money for the platform and I doubt people who wants to learn are willing to pay for the platform and tutoring fees.

I assume your wish to use a HELOC is to avoid paying interest when you are not actively rehabbing a BRRRR.

This means that someone who makes $43,000/year would now eligible to buy this room condo, and have access to a vehicle through which to build equity in an asset as an alternative to paying rent. 

They have no cash to qualify for a rental or even pay for the move. 

Expect property inspector to investigate rehab performed was good, alongside general property inspection.Can a BP member please recommend a good inspector along with what I should expect to pay for the service.Thank you
