I know you can do one per but that would be a hassle if you scaled your business.

However, for future purchases as investments or otherwise, as a Realtor, I never take a commission on my purchases.For one, I don't want to pay taxes on it or split it with my brokerage. 

One more thing I should address:  Installing cameras inside of a residence with other tenants can be a HUGE legal violation.  

Meanwhile, the sellers who are most likely to offer creative financing are normally the owners of  real estate that have issues.....condition.....low barrier/over supply market......or perhaps pricing issue, and one of these factors is why its not marketable in a arms length transaction and why creative financing would be accepted.

However, after their "exhaustive" search of thousands of lenders they partner with, they were only able to offer me one loan. 

The one time I tried buying an existing property on tribal land, the land didn't come with it.

., (3) gives you viable options and explains the pros and cons of each option and (4) you enjoy interacting with - this should be a relationship, not a transaction.Once you find a few lenders like this (and you should have relationships with more than one), then you can start comparing rates and fees.
