Hello,I am working on a project for which I wanted to get some information about the Loan Origination process.

That's 13,500 you make in interest over the life of the loan, plus maybe two points origination so like 17k. 

Originally I was hoping buy a 2-4 multifamily property and rent out the other units.

You a restaurant saying how dare a customer expect there food WITHOUT hair in it, a mechanic saying how dare the customer expect the auto to be fixed when it leaves, a pilot saying how dare the passengers expect you to "fly sober"....  

The previous owner of the property was successful on airbnb and I originally listed around the same price as him.

First of all, she tried to retype my contract because she said my original was too sloppy.

The rental is in really poor condition despite the 2011 original lease paperwork has a move-in checklist that documents that the place was in good condition throughout.We came to discovered at the beginning of 2024 that the main tenant had a guest living with him and they were no longer getting along.

It was originally a single family converted into a 4 so it just doesn't work well for design.
