I grew my hair out for a year and that was a lot, didn't have dreads though lol!

To get perspective, a typical blow dryer for hair is usually 1600 watts or more.

After that, I will remind myself to repeat my daily affirmations. 

I have not done much research on out-of-state investing as I am worried about getting out-smarted by professionals who know that area better (I would also really like to find something that I can move into for at least the first year so that I can get out of my parents hair). 

You should be prepared when you decide to seek out the next property but if after running your analysis the hairs on the back of your head stand up, walk away.

Never had an issue but am told (the house is professionally managed) that maintenance on it is intensive between checking chemicals in the water, maintaining the water levels with heavy use (and water temperature by extension since it takes 24 hours to heat up to normal operating temp after refilling), filters, hair, other cleaning etc etc etc

Perhaps I am splitting hairs; once passive (outside) investors begin contribution capital and profits are split, does that inherently create a Partnership and the sole proprietorship is more/less, dissolved? 

My personal "household members" have long hair and I clean out the drains once a month or so.

They are not furnishing anything in writing affirming the tenant moved out nor addressing the open violation, simply stating they are now in possession and that the tenant is cleaning up in time for Closing.
