I don't care to decorate them, furnish them, clean them, or maintain them.

So I am getting ready to close on a property that I will be purchasing furnished (washing machine, fridge, couch, etc.).

If the agent is double ending the deal, s/he will furnish a disclosure of such to both the vendor and purchaser.  

Ikea is a good place to find little items to decorate and furnish the place.

In Missouri, the statute for security deposits (RSMO 535.300) says this:"Within thirty days after the date of termination of the tenancy, the landlord shall:"  1) Return the full amount of the security deposit; or(2) Furnish to the tenant a written itemized list of the damages for which the security deposit or any portion thereof is withheld, along with the balance of the security deposit.

I think the mother-in-law suite could either be a short term rental or serve as a fully furnished rental. 

We currently operate a student housing brand with four houses in which we long-term lease properties, furnish, decorate and divide more rooms, and rent it out to students.

My 23 furnished houses are in family friendly neighborhoods on the west side of town.

I am going to be able to finance the furnishings into the deal ($45,000) worth.

They already have another owned home they are moving to across the country and will owner finance this one for us as well as leave it furnished.
