If not, you're just gambling blindly.

Speculation is gambling, and gold has basically zero worth as an investment IMO as it generates no cash flow, and never will.

If it looked fine where you would not have known I would just let them deal with it then, it is a risk you take with auto insurance and it looks like this time his gamble didn't pay off by skipping the comprehensive.   

Just blindly taking a letter from an applicant or tenant, could lead you to accepting fraudulent support animals.As far as question number two about Spanish speaking tenants.

They are the overwhelming choice of criminals for fraudulent payments.

Even if you asked and they lied on their application that they dont have any pets, you cant evict them for a fraudulent application.  

I know it may be a gamble but I can only invest in 1 thing.

The Form 17 is inconsistent & borderline fraudulent with everything I’ve come across in the house at this point.
