The real estate bubble really fascinated me.

Dennis I am a Jamaican american my mom came here in the mid 80's and i came here in the early 90's so its a little different with my family history and slavery although i have done research and found out that my great grand father was a european white guy which is something fascinates me.

I found the commentary on the post to be fascinating.

You get exposed to some really fascinating, but weird people. 

Doesn't mean I am not fascinated about others who have possibly been conned, nor the outcome.

I couldn't put it down, and read every single page from the front cover to the back cover (the notes/appendix information were just as fascinating as the main text).

, but since I'm new to the community, I wanted to let you know what I was up to in the interest of discussion (I find these types of investments fascinating and don't know ALL about them yet, but the guys I work with are savants) and to see if anyone had some clever tactics to uncover a decent deals on messy acreage. 

What I also find fascinating is that as an owner of Class C/D properties which create my living, it is imperative I understand ALL mindset classes. 

It's quite fascinating and is literally the future of construction, especially in high density areas.
