That wasn’t totally it, this person gave me several pointers on the process of purchases and made every transaction an ease for me and empowering me on who I was with each deal and that this was a business “MY BUSINESS”.

I will be in Knoxville, week of January 12 to learn about the City, attend the Tax Deed Auction, network with wholesalers, folks doing rehabs and other professionals in that industry.Hopefully, my time will be evenly divided between my two passions, seeing vacant or distressed buildings rejuvenated and empowering people to choose sustainable solutions to pressing matters in a safe, affordable and private venue.Deborah B.

As such, to require one was discriminating against African American workers in the community because there was a higher percentage of this class that did not have HS diplomas as opposed to non-African Americans.A silly, but obvious example of this same idea would be that a company cannot randomly require all employees to be over 6' tall...because this inherently discriminates against women.

@Karen Margrave door knocking is the way to go... when I worked the PDX market I had 3 teams one women one man ( women were better at this by far by the way) we knocked every NOD in our 3 county area.When I was in Timber we wrote very specific letters to timberland owners and did quite well with out of state owners.

Go to a few meeting (any FIBI, Club in Action, InvestClub for Women [and the Men Who Love Them], etc) and get a feel for what the locals are doing.
