If you were not to be able to do an STR in a home in which you live in, then that would leave some issues for people who have friends come to spend the weekend and buy them dinner or help pay for some utilities.

Sometimes it’s because I’m in a hurry to make dinner...other times to wipe a butt. 

@Marlene Michael Since I suggested the steak dinner perhaps we should make it dinner for three (4 really my partner included)....

We all have interests in a couple of the same cities and decided last night over dinner after Greg had flown home to in fact persue some deals together in the immediate future.My read on Greg is this.  

Asked my guys what they wanted for dinner, if Chinese was okay.  

No cable, no subscriptions, don't go out for dinner and drinks.

I ate lunch and dinner in my 4Runner looking out my windows just to see how the dynamics changed from 2pm compared to late in evening.  

Hi Christian,If you want to live a high end middle class lifestyle off of your wages you will save less.A brand new Lexus, and a tablecloth dinner out for you and the Mrs. with wine and all the fixings every Friday and a maid once a week will eat up a lot of what you could save.Cutting your lifestyle down to the basics for a while will let you sock more away.Good Luck! 

If there are junior riders involved (any rider under 18) the parents will plan and see who can go down and be the barn mom, responsible for getting everyone to and from, making sure everyone eats dinner, does their homework and laundry, etc. sometimes parents will takes turns and one will do the first two weeks and then tag out and another parent will come in.

One suggestion is to get the tenants movie tickets or a gift certificate for dinner, and show the property when they are out of the house for the activity.
